Petit Langres AOC is a soft, succulent, creamy Champagne de Marc washed rind cheese with a firm, dense silky interior. Drum shaped with an indented top, also known as "fontaine". This allows the brine to pool in the crater of the cheese, and seep slowly into the interior of the cheese to give it its richer consistency, pungent nose and fruity flavour.

Colston Bassett Stilton PDO
Dimensions: 22cm in diameter x 8cm high.

Regarded as one of the best traditionally made, naturally crusted Stiltons in the country, this cheese is mature, with good blueing and rich, deep, herbaceous flavours that linger on the palate. As it matures the flavour gets saltier and the texture becomes drier.

Ossau-Iraty AOC
Dimensions: 22cm in diameter x 9cm high.
Weight: 125g.
The cheese is semi-hard in texture with a thick, golden rind marked with rust and grey moulds. Beneath the rind is an ivory white, supple and slightly grainy interior with a creamy buttery texture. The flavours are herbaceous and nutty with hints of sweetness and caramel.

Lincolnshire Poacher is a hard, mature cheese that is somewhere between a cheddar and a Swiss mountain cheese. This award-winning Supreme Champion cheese is a hard pressed, full-fat cheese - cheddar in style, but slightly open in texture. Rich herbaceous notes linger on the palate. Delicious with a buttered slice of Lincolnshire Plum bread.
