Montagnolo Affine is a blue, triple crème soft cheese made in the Allgau region of Germany. It is surface ripened with a grey natural crust and is marbled with blue veins. Aging at a low temperature allows the cheese to mature slowly and develop its aromatic and spicy flavour.

It combines the texture and rich tastes of a triple-crème brie, with the distinct and lightly biting flavour of a blue cheese. Rich and decadent, Montagnolo Affine has a buttery, slightly piquant taste that pairs well with medium to full-bodied wines such as Pinot Noir.

Montagnolo Affine won the Supreme Champion award at the 2013 International Cheese Awards, also taking the second prize as well, beating more than 3900 other cheeses in the process and has deservedly won numerous other prizes and medals.

Please note all cheeses are hand cut, therefore the weights listed are approximate. We work very hard to cut them as accurately as we can!
