A rich, hard pressed full fat traditional crumbly style Lancashire with a very individual character. The cheese is handmade from the raw milk of their own 100 strong, Holstein Freisian cows on Beesley Farm. The finished cheese is clothbound and buttered and allowed to fully mature. Recognised as one of the best Lancashire cheeses on the market.
