Grand Noir is a fine, regional cow’s milk cheese made by the Käserei Champignon company in Germany. It is an exceptional blue cheese known for its distinct appearance and refined flavour profile.

Encased in black wax, Grand Noir is aged for a minimum of six months, developing a luxurious, creamy texture and rich, intense flavours.

The paste is beautifully marbled with blue and green veins, offering a harmonious blend of sharp, tangy notes, and subtle sweetness, with a buttery finish that lingers on the palate.
