Ideal for tasting a range of different and unique cheeses. The total weight of the box is approximately 800g, each cheese is hand-cut to 200g, we’re pretty accurate. The cheeses change each month and are chosen by our resident cheese experts. We like to include seasonal favourites, recent award winners and smaller, lesser-known dairies.

St Ella & Little Lepe
St Ella & Little Lepe are matured crottin-style goat’s cheeses, St Ella has a gorgeous ivory and white crinkly rind. Little Lepe (St Ella's sister) has an edible ash coating, as it matures the crinkly rind takes on a lustrous satiny hue of black and white.
Trefaldwyn Blue
Trefaldwyn Blue has a sweet flavour, with subtle lactic notes. It pairs beautifully with fresh pear, honey, walnuts, and a robust Port.
Pairing Suggestion - Lemon Cheese Preserve
Gouda with Nettles
A Welsh Gouda with the addition of finely chopped nettles and a little celery, giving a light but distinctive flavour, making for a very unique cheese.
Finlay's Organic Cheddar
A classic, strong farmhouse-style cheddar with a tangy and satisfying bite. Pairs perfectly with a strong, fruity chutney.
