Perello Flaked Salt Crackers are small and delicious Spanish crackers that give a taste of the Mediterranean. These crackers are the ideal nibbles for a cheeseboard, not too heavily flavoured with the taste of flaked sea salt. Very morish and easy to eat, Reganas are a traditional cracker from Andalucia. Ubiquitous in southern Spanish culture, they often grace tables in place of fresh bread.
Ideal with cheese, pates and dips or served alongside cured meats and smoked fish.
