The Cheese Club – Four Months is ideal for tasting a range of different and unique cheeses. The total weight of the box is approximately 900g – 1kg (each cheese is hand to cut to 200g – we’re pretty accurate). The cheeses change each month and are chosen by our resident cheese expert. We like to include seasonal favourites, recent award winners and smaller, unknown dairies.

Extra Mature Wyfe of Bath
Named after the Canterbury Tales by Geoffrey Chaucer. This cheese has the character of a Gouda with flavours that are strong due to a long maturation. It Is nutty and creamy with an extra strong tang to the taste making it very special.
A traditional blue cheese that is made from 100% Yorkshire cow’s milk. The cheese is mild, creamy with a slight sweetness, as it matures the flavour becomes more pronounced but the cheese stays mild and creamy.
St Felicien is a rich and creamy little cows milk cheese which originates from the farms in the Rhone-Aples region of France. This cheese is at its best between the months of April and September.
Marathiotiko (Greek for: fennel) is only made in the Summer months and matured for 3-4 months. With a full, fine and slightly nutty flavour, it works well as part of a Mezze or Summer platter of cured meats and olives.
Teifi with Chilli
Teifi with Chilli is based on Teifi Natural cheese with chilli flakes that are added during the cheesemaking process. The flavours are gentle to start with but heat up in your mouth to give a real kick of chilli.
