Vacherousse d’Argental is a very smooth, creamy French cheese, made from fresh cow’s milk produced in the Lyonnais region of France. The rind of the cheese is first washed with brine and annatto and is then matured for a minimum of 2 weeks, during this time the exterior develops an orange, white mottled mould. The cheese itself is very creamy with a texture of thick clotted cream and has a fresh lively flavour.
