Smoked Tuxford & Tebbutt Stilton is made using Tuxford & Tebbutt Stilton PDO. A Stilton that has been made in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire since 1780. Smoked in Preston, Lancashire; the Stilton is cut into sections to allow the smoking process to penetrate the cheese thoroughly producing an interesting combination of flavours.
Tuxford & Tebbutt Stilton PDO is one of the best remaining Stiltons’ currently being produced. The cheese is soft and crumbly with a creamy consistency. The cheese is mellow in both flavour and texture, a truly delicious cheese.
