Smoked Brie takes a triple-cream decadent Brie, and adds flavours of bonfires and bracken for a seasonal treat. Smoked locally, this cheese has a texture that lies somewhere between Brie de Meaux and Vacherousse D’Argental.
Pair this cheese tart apples, white grapes, and gingerbread, or melt over crispy roast potatoes.
