A brushed rind Swiss mountain cheese with the addition of black truffles. The truffles gives the raclette some decadence – delicious when cooked on a raclette machine or oven baked over cooked potatoes. This is an incredibly popular cheese which makes for a delicious a memorable dish. A world-famous cheese with a twist.
