Miller’s Damsel Charcoal Biscuits. Dark, thin crispy biscuits with a nutty flavour made using stone ground flour grown and milled in England. Not heavily flavoured meaning they work with all cheeses. Charcoal is said to aid with digestion which makes these crackers ideal for cheeses. We like to pair these delicious crackers with Wensleydales, Cheddars and ewes milk cheeses.
Made by Artisan Biscuits who are a long-standing family bakery in the Derbyshire Peak District, a national park. They started more than 100 years ago. In that time, the world has changed dramatically; but, in the bakery, the way they bake biscuits is barely any different. They use the same bronze rollers and biscuit-moulding method that they’ve used for decades.
Each box is approx. 125g – contains wheat and barley.
