Experience a full tasting journey. The total weight of the box is approximately 900g – 1kg (each cheese is hand to cut to 200g – we’re pretty accurate). The cheeses change each month and are chosen by our resident cheese expert. We like to include seasonal favourites, recent award winners and smaller, unknown dairies.

Hartington Stilton made in Derbyshire is not too strong but has a lingering bite and a wonderfully deep and rich flavour.
King Richard lll Wensleydale
King Richard 111 Wensleydale is a classic cloth-bound cheese made to a pre-war recipe. It is moist and creamy with a sweet honey flavour.
A full fat square-shaped, hand wrapped and wax sealed, soft bloomy, organic, rinded cheese. This cheese is made to an early recipe, similar in style and flavour to a Coulommiers. Can be eaten young or allowed to fully develop resulting in a richer, fuller, much creamier flavour.
Ashcombe is a large wheel of cheese, carefully washed in a special brine solution to develop a bright red rind which once cut has aromas of warm milk and hay.
An intensely buttery cheddar with a subtle, clean aroma, full of the smooth richness of their Devonshire milk.
