A particularly smooth blue cheese with a thin, pale grey, natural rind and delicate whit hues. The paste of the cheese is pale Ivory in colour and the blue delicately dappled throughout. The taste is intensely creamy with dominant aromas of fresh milk. Hand made by two of the Vergnol brothers on their farm nestled in the Auvergne, an area famous for Blue D’Auvergne and Forme D’Ambert. The brothers have created a truly unique and superb blue.
