The Driver family can trace its roots back to the mid-19th century when they first had a grocery shop in the market town of Ibstock and then later in the City of Leicester.
The family started producing pickles to sell in its shops around 1902, the demand was such that in 1906 Driver’s Pickle and Vinegar Company was established by Frederick Charles Driver.
Drivers Sweet Cornichons are made from whole Indian cornichons pickled in white balsamic vinegar, perfect with Alpine cheeses, strong cheddars and soft blue cheeses. These pickles are the perfect accompaniment to a gourmet cheeseboard or a classic cheddar sandwich.

Cheese is best kept in the fridge wrapped in the waxed paper or packaging it arrives in. Avoid plastic wrap, as cheese needs to breathe.

Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we deliver throughout the UK mainland. Some remote areas may have longer delivery times.
When will my cheese order arrive?
Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery. We deliver Tuesday to Friday.
Is your cheese pasteurised?
We stock both pasteurised and unpasteurised cheeses. Each product page clearly states whether the cheese is pasteurised.
