Sending as a gift? You can add a gift note to the delivery at the checkout. All of our cheeses are sent out cut, wrapped and packed by hand in a beautifully presented box. No costs are included in our deliveries. You select the delivery date you want at the checkout, we deliver Tuesday – Friday each week.

Winslade is a fairly new cheese from the Hampshire Cheese Co. makers of Tunworth. This Vacherin/Camembert cross-style cheese is encircled in a spruce collar which gives Winslade its unique and distinctive resinous notes with flavours of pine trees. Matured in the same way as a traditional Camembert, the cheese has an unusual pinkish hue and a dappled rind.
Baby Dovedale Blue
Dovedale Blue is a Designated Origin UK Protected (PDO) soft blue cheese, handmade at the Hartington Creamery in the heart of the Peak District. This unique blue cheese can only be produced within 50 miles of the River Dove in the Peak District. Made with local Derbyshire milk on their historic Pikehall Farm dating back to Roman times, this wonderfully creamy rich blue cheese is brine dipped rather than dry salted. This gives Dovedale Blue a look and taste often associated with continental blue cheese. Delicious with Christmas Cake or warm mince pies. Pairing Suggestion - Lemon Curd
Swaledale Traditional is based on an ancient recipe developed hundreds of years ago and has similar characteristics to a farmhouse Wensleydale, a brilliant alternative, but with softer and creamier notes and more delicate less astringent flavours. Vintage Red Fox
Vintage Red Fox is a Red Leicester style cheese with a distinct crunch. It has a smooth, sweet, mellow flavour and a flaky, open texture. Like other red cheeses, Red Fox gets its colour from the flavourless dye from the South American plant Annatto. Pairing Suggestion - Lincolnshire Plum Bread A wedge weighs approx 1kg

This creamy, nearly fluid cheese is made from cow's milk and shaped into a pyramid. Only very specific herbs have been selected for the coat. After maturation, the white mold grows like a second skin over the savory herb coating. The name “Sari” is derived from the French word “Sariette” meaning savoury. The tartness and texture of the savoury gives the creamy soft cheese an incomparable quality. The Mediterranean, herbaceous aroma goes wonderfully with the creamy core of the cheese. Fourseed Sourdough Crackers
Fourseed Sourdough Crackers are unique crackers made by a local bakery. Made from the starter used for their fresh sourdough loaves, creating toasty, crunchy, robust crackers. The result is deliciously moreish with a nutty flavour and the addition of toasted seeds. These are perfect with most cheeses and ideal for dipping in softer cheeses like Delice de Bourgogne or baked Tunworth. Pairing Suggestion - soft cheeses Each bag weighs approx. 100g.
