The Cheddar Hop we sell comes from cheesemaker Joesph Heler, on Laurels Farm, Nantwich.

A wheel of rich, creamy cheddar is rolled liberally with dried Hereford Hops. Cheddar Hop is a semi firm cheese with a distinct aroma and a sharp engaging almost citrus flavour which combines well with the creamy cheddar. Perfect with a glass of real ale to complement the hoppy flavour and a great present for ale enthusiasts.

Please note all cheeses are hand cut, therefore the weights listed are approximate. We work very hard to cut them as accurately as we can!
