Apres Soleil is a Swiss hard unpasteurised cow’s milk cheese aged for over 11 months. Made in Bern, Switzerland, it takes its name from its unusual maturation process during which sunlight streams into the cave and alters it’s character.
Apres Soleil has an exceptional depth of rich nutty flavours with a fruity undertone. Crunchy salt crystals run throughout the cheese giving a lingering and delicious aftertaste.
