Quickes Cheddar Truckle

A traditional, cloth-bound, mature, handmade cows milk Cheddar cheese from Mary Quickes farm in the heart of Devon. Mellow, mature and full flavoured. This 2kg cheese makes a wonderful gift . To serve, slice the "lid" from the top of the cheese and cut around in wedges. Replace the lid and keep from drying out by putting a damp teatowel over the cheese and refrigerate in between use.
