If any delivery date needs altering in the future, simply email us with the order reference number and we will take care of any changes. If you order more than one pack, the subsequent deliveries will be sent out around the same time each month.

Swaledale-Ewes
Handmade from the milk of their own sheep by the Reade family on their farm high in the Yorkshire Moors. Slightly open in texture, moist and rich, with a delicate sweet nuttiness on the finish.

Tome de Bauges AOP
A lesser known cheese from the Savoie region of France. Robust and full bodied with a thick, almost leathery rind that develops during its maturation in the humid damp cellars of the Thones Farm.

Fior Delle Alpi
A full-flavoured artisan cheese, handmade with fresh alpine milk. The cheese is made in the Toggenburg area of Switzerland using a recipe passed down through generations. The cheese is allowed to mature for at least a year, and during this time is regularly washed in a herb infused brine wash allowing to develop its unique rich full flavour.

Knockdrinna Kilree
A semi firm goats milk cheese with a beautiful golden washed rind, which is developed naturally by regularly annointing the cheese with an organic white wine wash.The finished Kilree has a creamy texture and a smoked nutty flavour with a hint of pepper when mature. It could well be described as an Irish goats cheese version of Stinking Bishop

Charlottes Provence
A hand made semi hard cheese with a mild slightly sweet garlic taste and open texture. Eats well from a cheese board; a fantastic melting cheese for all culinary purposes, gratins, sauces etc - try it as a quick meal, melted on toast.
