Lincoln Shop

The Cheese Society was originally created as a specialist cheese mail order company supplying farmhouse unpasteurised cheese to good food lovers.  We now also supply Michelin starred restaurants, film sets and top quality caterers that appreciate good cheese.  In 2000 we relocated to an area in Lincoln known as the Cultural Quarter, and  we are about 100 yards off the top of Lincoln High Street at the bottom of the Strait.  It is a five minute walk down from the Cathedral and Castle and a 10 minute walk back up!

The shop is small, but full of interesting farmhouse cheeses which we change on a seasonal basis.  We love to meet customers new and old and have had visitors from as far away as Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa that have made a point of including Lincoln in their itinerary to come and see us.  We look forward to meeting you if you are in the area.

We are open from Monday to Saturday from 10.00am until 4.30pm.  We do not open on Bank Holiday Mondays.
