All our cheeses are sold as per the website as whole individual cheeses or cutting cheese with the approximate weight of each cheese indicated where applicable. We strongly advise that you give us at least 7 days notice if you require your cheese for a particular date or function. On receipt of your order, all cheeses are cut and wrapped in waxed paper to ensure freshness, and packed in sturdy cardboard boxes. Please ensure someone is in take the parcel or we have instructions for where the parcel can be safely left without a signature. Please ensure that whoever takes delivery of your cheese parcel remembers to refrigerate the pack immediately on receipt.
Deliveries can be made to your place of work.
Ensure that you choose the correct postage for the delivery postcode. Failure to choose the correct delivery zone may result in the non-dispatch of your order and/or delay of dispatch. We reserve the right to charge for redeliveries, if we have been given incorrect delivery instructions. **We do not recommend sending perishable items that require a 3-5 day delivery window. If the customer places an order for a perishable product with a delivery time of 2+ days, this must be placed at their own discretion as we can take no responsibility for the condition of goods on arrival. Whilst every effort is made for you to receive your delivery on time, occasionally delays do occur. Please be aware that goods that involve transportation by plane or ship may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
Products will be invoiced at the prices ruling on the day of dispatch. All weights are approximate. Please note that if we have to substitute any cutting cheeses due to unavailability there may be + or - difference in the price charged. Due to the seasonal nature of cheese, we reserve the right to alter any prices or substitute goods without prior notice.
The buyer must notify us of any products that are received in a defective or out of condition state on the day of receipt of goods. All goods must be returned to us or made available for inspection.
