A hard pressed, full flavoured, powerful and spicy cheddar style cheese made by Jeff Reade from the milk of Friesian cows. The texture is lightly granular and the flavour is long, lingering and distinctive. We have been giving samples to customers lately and have received a great deal of positive feedback, particularly from those who enjoy a stronger cheese. Why not offer it to your dinner guests?
