A sharp, lingering and engaging cheese that is full-bodied and rich. Naturally rinded, made with raw milk and matured in humid caves for a minimum of six weeks to allow the full creamy flavours to develop. Good in salads or for the cheeseboard with crusty bread and a glass or aromatic red wine.
