A rich and fruity new addition to the Cote Hill cheese range, handmade by the Davenports on their farm in Osgodby in the heart of the rolling Lincolnshire Wolds. A lingering finish and a complex aroma. Made using the raw milk from their own cattle and liberally washed in Michael Davenport's own homemade ale.
