A superb blue crusted cheese from Osgodby in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds. Handmade by Michael & Mary Davenport from the milk of their 80 pedigree Freisian Cows. The cheese is named the farm. Matured for up to 12 weeks, to fully allow the development of the complex flavours. A recent Gold Medal winning cheese.
